At Martie, we strive to reduce food waste and ensure your satisfaction with every order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a flexible resolution process for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged item or incorrect product along with the shipping label on the box within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos you captured to initiate a claim.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a refund or store credit, as we do not accept physical returns of food items.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or a credit will be applied to your Martie account for future savings.
